ARUM DENTISTRY Co., Ltd. has the following policy to protect the personal information and rights of its members related to personal information smoothly. In addition, we will post the personal information policy on the revised service screen or through individual notice announcement.

ARUM DENTISTRY Co., Ltd. is establishing a selection procedure of “I agree” or “I do not agree” to confirm the intention of the user to agree to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. - Optional Information: Contact Information, Home Address, E-mail Address, Etc.

2. We collect personal information in order to provide diverse contents such as education, technology, advertisement, etc and to ensure whether our products are being used by registered dealers.

3. We do not collect information such as ideology, political tendency, criminal record, health record, home address except by consent of the member or statutory regulations.


Article 4 (Purpose for Use)
1. We process personal information for the following purposes. The processed personal information will not be used for any purpose other than the following purposes.
I. Homepage Registration: To confirm the membership, to identify the personal by the provision of membership service, to maintain and manage the membership, to confirm the identity of the person through the limited identification system, and to prevent fraudulent use of the Service.
II. Civil Affairs Office Processing: Personal information is processed for the purpose of confirming the identity of the civilian, confirming the complaint, contacting and notifying for fact investigation, and notifying the result of processing.
III. Goods or Services Provided: We process personal information for the purpose of providing services and content.
IV. For use in Marketing and Advertising: We process personal information for purpose such as providing event and advertisement notification, providing participation opportunities, checking the validity of the service, checking the frequency of access, or statistics on member’s use of the Service.

1. Personal Information Items: Login ID, Password, Name, Nationality, E-mail, Company Name, Contact, Homepage, Address, E-Mail, service use history, access log, cookies, and IP address.

Article 6 (Information Processing and Retention Period)
1. We will process and hold your personal information within the period of using and maintaining personal information that you have agreed to when collecting or using personal information form members.

I. User ID, Password: Used for identification process according to the use of the service provided to the member
II. Contact information such as email address, telephone number, etc: To provide communication channels such as delivery of notices, complaint handling, introduction of new services or seminar information, academic information, and event information.

IV. Other optional items: To Provide services according to the characteristics of individual members.

3. The personal information of the member is destroyed when the purpose of collecting personal information or the purpose of receiving is accomplished as follows. However, if three is a need to hold for a certain period of time, such as confirmation of the relationship of rights and obligations related to the transaction, as stipulated by the relevant laws and regulations such as the Commercial Law.
I. If We collect a member’s personal information, it will be retained until the termination of use of Service (including application for withdrawal of termination).
II. Upon termination of the contract, We will immediately destroy all personal information pertaining to the member.

- Record of payments and supply of goods: 5 years
- Record of consumer complaints or disputes: 3 years

4. If there is a necessity to preserve in accordance with laws and regulations such as Commercial Law, we will retain transaction details and minimum basic information for the period of preservation prescribed by laws and ordinances.

5. If you do not notice the retention period and the retention period has not relapsed, we will keep your personal information for the period of your contracted retention period.


Article 7 (Viewing and Correction of Personal Information)
1. Members may exercise their right to read, correct, delete, suspend processing of personal information at any time for the Service of Doowon.

If you wish to view and correct personal information, you may view or correct by clicking the “Edit Info” button after logging in. You may contact the person by writing, telephone, or email. After you have proved your membership, we will process your request without delay. However, membership ID, Name, and company name cannot be changed.

3. Change of Personal Information Processing
I. This Privacy Policy will be effective from the effective date. If there is any addition, deletion or correct of the change, We will notify you through the service screen or through individual contact 7 days before the change is made.
II. Members may request withdrawal (termination) of membership if they do not agree to the modified personal information processing policy. By continuing to use the Service 7 days after changes are made, You are expressing and acknowledging your acceptance of the changes.

Homepage membership and management, service provision, marketing and advertising use, civil affairs office processing
- Required Items: Login ID, Password, name, email, company name, classification, nationality, service usage log, access log, cookie, and IP address.

Article 8 (Your Rights and Obligations)
1. Members must enter his or her personal information accurately in order to prevent unexpected accidents. Members are solely responsible for the accident caused by the incorrect information entered by the member, and their membership may be terminated should any information found to be stolen or false.

2. Members have the right to protect their personal information and to protect themselves and not to infringe on the information of others. Be cautious as not to disclose the personal information of the member including the password. If You fail to fulfill such responsibilities and cause any damages, You may be punishable by the Information Communication Network Promotion and Information protection Act.


Article 9 (Destruction of Personal Information)
1. We will generally destroy the personal information without delay when the purpose of processing the personal information is accomplished. The procedures, deadlines and methods of destruction are as follows.
I. Destruction procedure: the information entered by the member is transferred to a separate database after the completion of the purpose (separate documents in case of paper) and is stored or temporarily destroyed after a certain period of time according to internal policies and related laws. At this time, the personal information transferred to the database is not used for other purpose unless strictly guided by law.
II. Period of destruction: We will destroy the personal information within 5 days from the day when processing of personal information is deemed unnecessary such as, but not limited to, if the personal information of the member has elapsed, abolishing the service, or ending the business.
III. Destruction method: information in the form of an electronic file uses a technical method that can reproduce the record.
Personal information printed on paper is destroyed by incineration or document shredder.

Article 12 (Technical & Administrative Measures)
1. We take the following technical measures to ensure the safety of personal information in order to prevent personal information from being lost, stolen, leaked, altered, or damaged in handling personal information of members.

2. Member’s personal information is protected by a password. Encrypting files and transmission data, or using file locking function, important data is protected by a separate security function.

1. We may provide members with links to materials from other websites or external sites. In this case, we have no control over the materials provided through external sites and therefore cannot assume responsibility or guarantee the usefulness of the services or materials provided.
